Inaugurated on 26 July 2007, the magical water circuit of the Parque de la Reserva is one of the great urban projects, an icon of the city of Lima and a symbol of the regeneration of Lima's public spaces. 13 state-of-the-art cybernetic fountains combine music, water, sound and laser light to create a unique and spectacular show.
It is a mind-blowing tour of 13 ornamental fountains that are electronically controlled and in conjunction with a synchronised set of lights offer a visual spectacle.
Most impressive are the projections of dancers moving in a giant cloud of water that forms in the main fountain of the Parque de las Aguas.
People can enter some of the fountains and interact with the water jets.
Especially at one of the fountains, which forms a long water monday and can be crossed by visitors.
