Other highlights
The climate is excellent, with sunshine most of the year. If you have a telescope we recommend you bring it with you as most nights the sky is clear and the stars are easy to see. The scenery and the tranquillity of the place are ideal for reading, resting and pleasant conversations with family and friends. During the pandemic we have had the opportunity to work remotely as we have 2 internet providers for your peace of mind. The house is located approximately 10 km from the Ovalo de Cieneguilla, it is necessary to cross the Rio Lurin, there are parts of the road that are of trail and cement tracks. As a reference, the Condominium is adjacent to the Cieneguilla Country Club. Keep in mind that during the summer (December to April) you must take the alternative route to cross the Lurin River by the iron bridge (see the plan in the photos of the notice).
There is no cellular signal from any operator in the area. Calls have to be made by whats app or other app that allows it using the internet of the house.
Cottage with 4 bedrooms to accommodate a maximum of 17 adult guests, minors and infants or babies. Barbecue, clay oven, swimming pool with a skateboard for the little ones to enjoy and a bonfire area. Large terrace in front of the pool with dining set, umbrellas and deckchairs. The interior has a living room set, futon, dining room set, refrigerator, gas cooker, blender, pots, utensils and kitchenware. 2 Internet wifi providers. Complete bathrooms with hot and cold water.
Space
The house is located in the Ecological Condominium Las Bahías where solar energy and a biodigester are used to recycle water. The place is quiet, ideal to rest and share with family and friends. You can also work remotely with all the comforts. Ample parking space for up to 8 vehicles. Security 24 hours a day. Wifi, Directv and generator as a contingency. Swimming pool with paddling pool for the little darlings of the family to have fun. Cieneguilla enjoys a good climate. There is plenty of space for walking and breathing fresh air. Prices may vary depending on whether it is a weekday, weekend or holiday. Discounts are offered for weekly and monthly bookings.
